Client Process Model

  1. Developing an understanding of your organization and culture

  2. Each company is unique. Some are a single office; others have multiple offices regionally, nationally and internationally. We will dialogue with key hiring authorities and other stakeholders that will be helpful in discovering the history of the firm, reporting structures, size of office as well as any general operational concerns. With your help, we will discover the necessary characteristics for success in your organization. We will need the following:

    1. summary of benefits
    2. compensation guidelines;
    3. company literature
    4. organizational charts.

  3. Creation of the Job Description

  4. With your help we will craft the job order. Many times the job order has been written already. However, it is our experience that by having a dialogue with the hiring authorities, we come to understand the significant aspects of your particular position. Especially regarding team building, culture and expectations.

  5. Identification of Candidates of Value (CV)

  6. Double Eagle Group, Inc. will place a trusted Project Manager as the research and cold calling lead specific to every assignment. While we are name gathering and cold calling, our direction is focused on the passive-non active talent. Furthermore, we cross check information regarding degrees, registrations and geography. The front end process may take up to two to three weeks before we locate qualified candidates interested in your opportunity.

  7. Interviewing

  8. We conduct an in-depth first interview with the Project Manager to determine fit and motivation. After each Candidate of Value (CV) is approved, they are forwarded to R. Skip Black CPC for a second review. Mr. Black then conducts an interview to re-confirm the candidate and hopefully forward to the client for their internal review.

  9. Offer Stage and Acceptance

  10. Our normal process is to expedite the offer stage and help close the acceptance. We make suggestions to both client firm and Candidate of Value (CV) as to most parts of the final offer. It is our opinion that we have an oral acceptance in place, as well as start date, prior to the actual publication of the offer. Our time tested process has resulted in a high retention rate for our clients, and successful and satisfied candidates.
